I think she's cute too, but of course I'm biased - I'm her mom :)Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01865089411088250109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34947909.post-68003656913295026212010-02-08T12:47:53.309-05:002010-02-08T12:47:53.309-05:00Excellent advice - Thanks Donna. Thanks for pointing it out.Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01865089411088250109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34947909.post-25545668457954736852010-02-04T13:06:42.696-05:002010-02-04T13:06:42.696-05:00If you breastfeed exclusively for the first 6 mos....If you breastfeed exclusively for the first 6 mos., as most experts advise, you don't have to worry too much about the mashing up of food. I fed both my kids all homemade food. Never bought a jar of baby food in my life. One timesaving tip: when you do food-process a bunch of cooked squash or chopped-up chicken, freeze it in ice cube trays. Then pop out into a freezer container. Later, when you need a small quantity, it's ready. Also, I remember buying a very small hand-crank food grinder. At the dinner table, I could pop a few cooked green beans or potatoes or whatever into it, and it would produce food of the right texture for the baby.Donna Papacostanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34947909.post-37705913944229370902010-02-02T12:33:14.226-05:002010-02-02T12:33:14.226-05:00Thanks Citypixie - Great blog btw on making babyfo...Thanks Citypixie - Great blog btw on making babyfood.
