I received this e-mail from
Toys “R” Us this morning.
Wii Play was advertised in a Toys “R” Us
flyer I received on Friday. It wasn’t available online that morning. I requested an e-mail notification but didn’t hear from them until today. I found it yesterday (busy day for gift shopping) and bought it at
another store.
In addition to sending the e-mail notification sooner, they could have enhanced their customer service by offering a price guarantee.
