Want on Avenue Rd. has a $10 rack! I'm assuming all locations have $10 racks too but I'm not making any promises.There's some great outfits in the window and the sign says "Almost Free".

That's funny. My classic line when I walk into a store is "do you have anything so cheap it's almost free?"
